Andy established Gen Alpha Partners in 2023 and now holds the position of Managing Partner. Coming from a lineage of Plumbers & Pipe Fitters spanning three generations, she is enthusiastic about reconnecting with her family's entrepreneurial heritage.

In her previous role as a Program Officer at the Gates Foundation, she focused on investing in technologies and medications to revolutionize women's health. Proceeding that, she worked as a management consultant at BCG, offering guidance to leaders in various sectors such as finance, technology, insurance, and healthcare. She holds an M.D. from Yale School of Medicine and a B.A. in Biology and Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis.

Vikram Wani

Vikram holds the position of Managing Partner, drawing from a heritage of grocers and cinema proprietors in his native village in India. Committed to upholding his family's entrepreneurial heritage, he is a seasoned product management professional with an engineering background specializing in devices and systems.

His career spans various organizations, encompassing tech startups to Fortune 500 companies. Notably, Vikram's tenure at Qualcomm involved spearheading customer interactions across Central and South America.
